On November 4th, the Chinese Embassy in Nauru hosted a briefing on the spirit of the 4th Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Over 50 participants attended, including Edward, Special Advisor to the President of Nauru, five Permanent Secretaries for relevant government departments, heads of state-owned enterprises, representatives from the media, business community, overseas Chinese community, and Chinese institutions. Combining the history and achievements of China's Five-Year Plans, Ambassador Lyu Jin focused on elaborating on the main contents of the Proposal for the 15th Five-Year Plan and its significant implications for China's future development and China-Nauru cooperation.
