On December 13, Ambassador Lyu Jin and the Jeremiah, Minister for Sports of Nauru, signed the China–Nauru Development Cooperation Agreement and the Exchange of Letters on the Approval of the China-aided Nauru Sports Center Project. President Adeang of Nauru, Speaker Stephen, and all Cabinet ministers currently on the island were present to witness the signing ceremony. Representatives of both the Chinese and Nauruan sides also signed the project implementation agreement.
