On December 25, Ambassador Lyu Jin published a signed article entitled “How Five-Year Plans  Transforms China” in Nauru’s largest media outlet, Regional News. The article comprehensively introduced the historical evolution and remarkable achievements of China’s implementation of Five-Year Plans, highlighted the main contents and key tasks of the proposals for the 15th Five-Year Plan, and elaborated on their important significance for China’s future development and China–Nauru cooperation.
