On April 9, Wang Xuguang, Minister-Counsellor and Chargé d’Affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Nauru, met with Mark and Rebecca, representatives of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) in Nauru, upon request. The two sides exchanged views on providing banking services to local Chinese citizens and merchants.
