On the evening of September 24, the Chinese Embassy in Nauru hosted a joint celebration aboard the Chinese Naval hospital ship Ark Silk Road, marking the 76th National Day of the People’s Republic of China and the first deck reception of the ‘Harmony Mission—2025’.

Over 200 guests attended, including Chinese Ambassador Lyu Jin; Mission Commanders Colonel Peng Guliang and Colonel Fang Jinsong; Acting President of Nauru Jeremiah; Speaker Stephen; Minister for Phosphate Mining Bernicke; Deputy Minister for the Cabinet Dageago; heads of government departments; representatives from Nauruan society; as well as members of the local Chinese community, Chinese enterprises, and officers and sailors of the Ark Silk Road.
